My approach to counseling is integrative, with an emphasis on somatic and holistic care. When working with couples I utilize modalities of therapy that help get underneath the surface of conflict and disconnection. Christa primarily supervises the work of the other therapists at the practice making clients are getting the best care. She has limited availability to work directly with clients. Equipped with professional training, expertise, and experience through working with hundreds of couples. Christa has a BA in Bible and a Master’s degree in Counseling and is a licensed counselor, she works with couples and individuals through sessions and other resources in a multi-faceted holistic program that works to restore highly distressed couples. She is trained in relational skills that are rooted in Attachment Theory and experiential in nature. Her services are offered online and in-person, in Springfield, MO. Her approach is gentle and empathetic but direct. She is ready to metaphorically hold your hand in the process while being honest and clear about the path forward and how to restore your marriage.
